McCann-Erickson Network Limited has sold 100% of the shares in McCann-Erickson (Belfast) Limited to its local management. The two Directors of the Belfast Company, David Lyle (Chief Executive) and Julie Anne Bailie (Executive Creative Director), are the new shareholders. With immediate effect the company’s name will change to LyleBailie International Limited. The company will continue trading from its offices at 31 Bruce Street Belfast and it plans to maintain the current workforce in Belfast of 25 employees.
In a joint statement David Lyle and Julie Anne Bailie said
“we have loved working for McCann-Erickson, across 3 decades, but we are thrilled by this new opportunity.”
